It is with immense sadness that we announce the death of our dear friend and colleague Councillor Julian Halls after a brief illness.

 

Julian had been a long time District and Town councillor for South Wymondham ward (including Spooner Row) and his dedication and service to his community is something we all admired and look to emulate.

 

His reasoned debate, clear insights and sense of duty are sorely missed and we will remember him with much affection and love.

 

Our deepest sympathies go to his wife, children, family and friends.
